You may always do your best in life but there are times that you must accept things that are beyond your control. Again, You can only cope with these setbacks, ill health or misfortune to the best of your own ability. Everyone is special and unique. Do not envy others who are strong because these are precious energy that should be conserved. If your body is slow to recuperate, you will learn patiences and acceptances. Most importantly treat yourself with kindness and love for your body to activate it's own miracle healing. One may be weak but you are wise. You have empathy and the sensitivity of the soul. With your unique constitution, you are empowered with the knowledge in life to ensure that one enjoys good health and successes in the face of adversities. The sky is alway darkest before dawn. Have faith, that this too will pass. We like to hop around and fly as high as others when one feels a little bit stronger but a wise person will tell you otherwise. Listen to your inner voice and have self control. Be kind to yourself and love your own flaws enough to want to make it better.
